I love this book. I felt it was written just for me. It helps me to see the goddess I am in a helpful, loving and interactive way.
I have struggled my entire adult life with anxiety and depression. Even more recently, being diagnosed with PTSD. I have sought out places of refuge to help me heal through the depths of my own past hurts (in addition to therapy.) Fall 2016, I stumbled upon a page simply titled DiJo, ran by the author of A Goddess For All Seasons, Sarah Turner. There were things she would post that simply spoke to my soul. Things that inspired me. Things that brought tears which brought forth healing.
Since first hearing Sarah was releasing a book/journal, I have anxiously awaited for it to be released.
I cannot tell you the depths this book is already reaching within me. It's inspiring me to love myself more. Reduced to tears, and I feel completely empowered as well. Anyone who has struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, lacking self love or self forgiveness needs to read this book and work through the journal. As she writes on page 4, "it's time to unconditionally love you." You are so worthy to be loved is a constant theme in this book and a message we desperately need to hear. This book is beautifully written, the message is powerful, the questions are thought provoking and it's applicable to your life right where you are.
