This is a memorable book, now I will say, it is not the most realistic book out there, but it is an easy read and the characters are very like-able, a sweet story with some good humor thrown in between the pages. The story changes from very carefree and almost immaturely secure, - to very realistic and grim, almost scary scenarios that will give you a heartache. Maybe to some this will feel cheesy, it has some bad parts, but it is definitely worth a read, it was very memorable to me.Product details

Fast paced and funny. Not your usual pirate yarn.
The author's sense of humor clearly shines through in her characters. I thoroughly enjoyed the comedic aspects as well as the raw emotion evoked by the characters. t sex scenes as is so common with lesbian romance novels. I can understand the idea of leaving that out to put more focus on the story itself. I enjoyed this so much because of its refreshing nature. It was action packed and clearly thought out. I would be very interested in reading more from the same author. Next time I would suggest more detail throughout the story. What are the character's smelling, tasting, what emotions do the objects around them evoke? You get some of these ideas at certain places but having more of this could draw a reader In better.
I’ve had a hard time finding quality fiction stories featuring women who like women. This one is absolutely worth the read. Wonderful story

Simply brilliant. I meant to add it to my Wish List but turns out I clicked on Buy instead, and I'm really happy I did. I was almost late for work more than once becauce of not wanting to put the book down. Will definitely be reading it again, and again.
This was the most fun I have had reading a book in so long. It was a beautiful adventure and I loved it.
While the novel was slightly necessarily long, the story and characters themselves were enthralling. I'd probably give this one 4.5/5 stars.
